How to How To Purchase Tickets for a Show at Jonathan’s Ogunquit.1) To purchase tickets online for any of our shows, simply click on the 'Buy Now' button of the show you wish to purchase tickets for. To view our full schedule click here or on the 'Schedule' navigation tab at the top of each page.
2) To Purchase tickets by phone - Call 207.646.4777 (7 days a week from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.)
3) If tickets are available for the particular show you wish to attend, you can also buy your tickets at the door before the performance. We don’t recommend this option, however, as many of our shows sell out in advance and the day of the show price may vary.
Ticketing Policies and FAQs
Box Office:
We do not have a formal box-office at the venue, as we are also a fully functional restaurant. You can stop by the office at the restaurant to inquire about tickets and purchase them from seven days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. as well. If you would like to pay in cash, please stop by the restaurant office during the above hours to purchase your tickets.
Seating:
Jonathan’s Ogunquit offers seating for its performances based on the type of performance, number of expected guests and the comfort of our patrons. The types of arrangement generally fall into three categories: Premier Tickets, Show plus Credit Tickets, and Show Only Tickets. Generally our performances are set up cabaret style with tables of 2, 4 or 8. Total seating capacity is 240 people for shows using our table seating. Tables are identified by number. Unless you are reserving an entire table, plan on making friends with others at your table.
Premier Tickets(YELLOW TABLES on SEAT MAP) are reserved for those who dine with us before the show in our downstairs dining rooms; they are usually the tables With each Premier Ticket you purchase, you will receive a $25 credit to put towards your dinner that evening. The credit will be shown on your receipt after purchase. Premier Tickets also include a show credit for either dessert and coffee or alcoholic beverage(s) during the concert upstairs.
Show plus Credit Tickets(BLUE TABLES on SEAT MAP) have a $12 show credit included in the price for either dessert and coffee or alcoholic beverage(s) during the concert upstairs.
Show Only Tickets(GREEN TABLES ON SEAT MAP) are just that…those coming just for the music! There are a few tables by the bar area reserved for show only tickets. These seats are limited as we reserve the majority of our room for those dining and consuming with Jonathan’s.
Picking-up tickets:
All tickets at Jonathan’s Ogunquit are will-call tickets. You will receive an email confirmation upon successfully purchasing tickets. PRINT AND SAVE this email. Bring the confirmation to the show as proof that you have purchased tickets. Only this email is proof of your purchase. Don’t lose it. We do not mail your tickets to you.
Sold Out Shows:
Yes, if a show is posted as SOLD OUT, it is true that there aren’t any tickets available through Jonathan’s Ogunquit. We do not have a waiting list. We do not sell tickets to third-party ticketing vendors. We do not buy-back tickets already sold, and we cannot resell tickets for people who do not show up.
Sometimes tickets become available because an artist doesn’t use the complimentary tickets given to them. This is the only situation in which we may have tickets at the last minute for shows that are advertised as sold out. The only way to get them is to arrive when doors open and hope you get lucky. We won’t oversell our shows so please don’t ask us to.
What If I cannot attend a show that I have purchased tickets for?:
All tickets for shows are non-refundable. If the artist is unable to perform, we will notify ticket holders of the cancellation or rescheduled date by telephone or email as soon as possible. In this case only, we will offer a refund, in the form of a check, credit card or a gift certificate. Otherwise, all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges for purchased tickets unless the show has been rescheduled or cancelled.
If you cannot attend a show but would like someone else to pick-up your will-call tickets, they will need your email confirmation to do so.
All ages shows:
Jonathan’s Ogunquit is an all-ages venue. We do require all minors under 18 to be accompanied by an adult. We do not have children’s priced tickets, student tickets or senior citizen priced tickets.
Ticketing fees:
Every ticket sold has a fee associated with it. The fee is over-and-above the posted ticket price. All fees are clearly outlined in our ticketing system. Fees are charged for each ticket, regardless of how the ticket was purchased.
Inclement Weather:
We live in New England. It snows, rains, sleets, hails, etc. yet we still want to provide our guests with a lovely night out. Our inclement weather policy is very straight forward: If the artist can arrive to Jonathan's Ogunquit, than the show goes on. We do not issue refunds for those who choose to stay home when the weather isn't so good.
If the artist is unable to arrive due to bad weather, we will notify ticket holders of the cancellation by telephone or by email as soon as possible.
