Reservations:
Reservations are not required for dinner; however, they are highly recommended, especially on weekends and during the summer. We do take requests for specific tables however no seating is guaranteed.


Show Ticket Sales:
All tickets for shows are non-refundable. If the artist is unable to perform, we will notify ticket holders of the cancellation or rescheduled date by telephone or email as soon as possible. In this case only, we will offer a refund, in the form of a check or a gift certificate. Otherwise, all sales are final.


Show Ticket Prices:
Bringing in these great performers to our neck of the woods has a price to it…Because of our limited number of seats; we must meet our artist’s guarantee and thus must charge a premium for all tickets. In most cases Jonathan’s makes no money on ticket sales, just the food and beverage brought in because of the shows; thus, in order to keep on bringing you great acts, some shows may have an additional $10 show credit. We continuously work closely with all entertainers’ agents to get the best ticket prices available for you!


Doors Open:
Generally one hour prior to show time... some shows do vary. All shows are held in our Upstairs Ballroom. You may wait for the doors to open in our Downstairs bar or join us for dinner prior to the show and we will have a reserved table for you waiting for you upstairs! No need to wait, just go up a few minutes before show time and you will be all set!


Show Seating:
All seating is reserved. Seating is based on when you purchase your ticket and whether you have dinner with us before the show. Guests who have dinner with us have the best seats based on when they purchase their tickets. You will most likely be seated at a table with other guests.


Children:
We do not have a minimum age for entrance to our shows; however, all ticket prices are the same, including show credits. We like to think of our restaurant as “kid friendly.” We have a 600 Gallon Fresh Water Fish Tank that most children just love to look at! When the Aquarium Dining Room is open we do try to seat children and their families in that room. If you would like to sit in that room or next to the aquarium please make sure you mention that when making reservations. We do have a full children’s menu available for children under 12, you may check it out on-line.


Purchasing Show Tickets:
Tickets for all shows may be purchased on line, via phone or in person. All seats are reserved. If you purchase them on line you are able to select your own seats. Phone orders are only available from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. All tickets will be held at the door and given out the night of the show. Tickets are non-refundable unless the show is cancelled.


Handicap Accessibility:
We are 100% accessible! We do have an elevator for those guests who choose to go up to the Ballroom in the elevator vs. the stairs. Please do not hesitate to call ahead if you have any special needs or requests.


Smoking:
We are 100% Smoke Free!


Separate Checks:
Separate checks are allowed for parties up to 6.


Parking:
We have a large function parking lot available on Route 1, directly across from the Meadowmere Resort. It is fully lit and accessible. Just cross the street, walk a block, turn on to Bourne Lane and you will have arrived at the restaurant! Lots of Parking, free too!


Food & Beverage During Show:
Dinner, Appetizers, Desserts are all served downstairs in our Dining Room and Bar. We have a full bar that is available throughout all shows in our Upstairs Ballroom. In general, menu items from our downstairs menus are not available during shows. So come early and grab something to eat before the show!


Local Accommodations:
